The Bulky Twisted Headband | New Knitting Pattern Available
I love a quick knit project and there is none easier than this bulky twisted headband. It’s knit flat, in a faux brioche stitch. Then seamed together to create the lovely twist.
Made using bulky yarn (#6), the Twisted Headband knits up in less than 2 hours. A perfect holiday or birthday gift. Available in 4 sizes so the entire family can have matching headbands.

YOU WILL NEED
Needles: US 13 Needles
Yarn: Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick approx. 60 yds (55 m)
Available Sizes: Toddler, Child, Teen and Adult
Headband Circumference: 18”, 19”, 20”, 21”
Headband Width
Toddler, Child = 4”
Teen, Adult = 4.5”
Gauge: 2.5 stitches = 1”
Abbreviations
K = Knit
P = Purl
K1 in the stitch below = Insert the right needle into the space right below the next stitch. Knit as you normally would, allowing the stitch to fall off the left needle as usual.
The cast-on row and bind off row are hidden in the twist so use whichever ones you prefer.
