WIP Wednesdays ( a day late)

I completely spaced and thought (almost all day) that yesterday was Tuesday. I hate those days, where you go on believing you have so much time left in your week and BOOM you don’t. But hey, what can you do?

Now for my WIPs.

I started knitting this Panda leg at the cottage. I think it’s a little small to be the leg, so I’ll most likely make it the arm. It’s my first time knitting with black yarn, and with the low light at night in the cottage I could barely see the stitches. So when I finished it, I put it away and decided to continue once I returned home.

When I realized the Panda was not going to get finished at the cottage, I started a unicorn. I only finished the leg (again), but not because it was too dark but rather I wanted to spend some time outside and just be lazy (hey, it was my vacation after all). I have no idea how I’m going to start the pattern for it’s head, and I’ve been thinking about it since I started this leg.

And lastly, the purple baby blanket. Now that it’s slightly longer I realized that it may be just a tad on the narrow side at 27″ wide. At this point, I don’t want to unravel it and start again. I know some people who knit blankets as small as 25″ square. I will probably knit this one until it’s 30″ long. That will be a decent size right?

And surprise surprise I’m not currently knitting a dishcloth. But I will probably start one before the end of the week.

What’s on your needles?

Happy Knitting,

Ashley
